Our large Samosa offering (80g / 2.8 oz), the Soya Samosa is a blend of JONDAY spices mixed into our minced meat filling. Each Samosa is hand rolled in our classic JONDAY pastry.
Heat the cooking oil to 150ᵒC. Remove the frozen product from the protective packaging. Place the frozen samosa directly into the heated oil and fry for approximately 8 minutes or until the samoosas turn golden brown. Remove the samosas from the oil and allow the excess oil to drain off.
