Product Description
Triangular white (raw), or golden brown (pre-fried), pastry product folded around a spicy chicken mince filling. Perfect for use as a fast food or snack item.
Preparation Instructions
Remove the frozen product from the protective packaging.
Heat cooking oil to 150°C. Remove the frozen product from the protective packaging. Place the frozen Samoosa directly into the heated oil and deep fry for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly golden in colour. Keep hot (>65°C) for no longer than 4 hours.
